Error when Refresh Metadata in FDMEE 11.1.2.4

Hi Experts


While using the "Refresh Metadata" option in the Target Application of FDMEE 11.1.2.4, there is an error thrown as "Java.lang.nullPointerException".

Issue history:


1) Rebooted the server but still the same issue.

2) No errors generated in process logs.  Process log level is already set to level 5

3) Refresh Metadata issue is for all the Dimensions of Application.

4) Verified the ODI connection string and it went successful.

The issue is very critical for us. Appreciate any help on this.
