Serial Number struck with current status 1

Hi,

There were 462 serial numbers struck in interface tables "MTL_SERIAL_NUMBERS_INTERFACE" and "MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE" because of inventory period had closed. But those serial numbers got created with current status "1".  I have opened the period, and updated the required fields in the tables "MTL_SERIAL_NUMBERS" and "MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE". and then I have processed those 462 records in four instances. In two instances, all those 462 records got processed, but in two instances, 461 records processed, one record got error out.

Error Message: Lot and/or Serial Number quantity does not match transaction quantity.

I have attached error record information.Please help me to overcome this issue.
