Business Rule fails to populate data to planning data form

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Hyperion Planning (esp. data form and business rule). The business rules in our legacy system can suppose to populate data to a planning data form. Those business rules perform not as expected today. Are there any log files or troubleshooting steps to identify the root cause of the problem? Your respond is highly appreciated.
