APPS.RA_CUSTOMERS is not there after upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3

after completed upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3,  I found number of invalid objects due to APPS.RA_CUSTOMERS is missing.  Does this view apps.ra_customers is obsoleted?

if not, how to recreate it using properly?
