Need guidance on using JAXB Customization with JAX-WS Web Service Proxy wizard

I am developing a BSSV to consume a PeopleSoft Component Interface web service.  One of the initial steps is to create the Proxy for the external service in JDeveloper.  I am following the E1: BSSV: JDeveloper 11g Proxy Generation Requirements for Consumer BSSV (JAX-WS) (Doc ID 1583424.1).

The WSDL for the PeopleSoft web service contains class/interface conflict which results in an error during the Finish step of the Web Service Proxy wizard - when I specify the Proxy and Types locations in the wizard to be oracle.e1.bssv.JC550003.proxy and oracle.e1.bssv.JC550003.proxy.

The error message that displays is:

Howdy, Stranger!
