Issue with R3411

Hi

We are facing an issue with the R3411. When we run this UBE to create purchase orders with consolidation option on, we are finding that orders are not getting created for al items even though the message is processed. The specific scenario we are trying to test is below

Item A & B - supplier 100

Item C     - supplier 101

When we run the R3411 PO is getting created for Items A & B against supplier 100, but for Item C the PO is not getting created, but message says it is processed. The same is happening for any combination of 3 items that we take. Also Item C processes when we individually run only for that Item.
