Contacts tied to a supplier site in R12 are not updated in AP_Supplier_Contacts table

In R12, when a contact is added via the HTML supplier page under the Contact Directory hyperlink and then the contact is tied to a supplier site, the contact is not in the AP_Supplier_Contacts table
