How to delete dependents from Dependent and Beneficiaries from Annual Enrollment via Self Service

Is it possible to allow employees to delete dependents or beneficiaries via self service during open enrollment? We want to allow employees to delete (Remove/end date relationship) for dependents beneficiaries through Annual enrollment via self service. We are using OAB. Any help is greatly appreciated.
