OKCALERT Workflow is slow in Service Contract Renewals

OKCALERT Workflow renews almost 2500 Contract Headers each month. It takes almost 2 days to Generate a Renewed Contract based on Outcome. We are using only Date Assembler with 15 Day Prior Expiration Date Condition. Is there a way we can fastrack the generation of renewed contracts? Currently, the same 2500 OKCALERT workflows are stuck in Deferred Status. Even running OKCLAERT WBP does not diminish this large number quickly.
