Siebel webservice is getting session token error

Hi Team,

We are having Webservice with subsystem as Webservice and hard coded user id ,password in the URL itself. But still we are getting session token is required or expired error message.

http://163.157.49.149/eai_enu/start.swe?SWEExtSource=WebService&SWEExtCmd=Execute&WSSOAP=1&;UserName=ESIGNUSER&Password=…

Is this a bug in IP2015? We are running on IP2015.

Please help.
