Asset Tracking is not creating Assets

After receiving an item into inventory, ran the create assets. System is not creating assets. The request "Create Assets: Interface Inventory Transactions to Oracle Assets"  fails with Unable to derive accounts from sub ledger accounting for the material transaction.
