Agile 933 ERROR... ORA-00904: T_NUMBERS: invalid identifier

Hi All,


We did an agile schema data refresh of one of our agile test instances from prod instance. Agile test instance came up nicely, things like searches, reports, exports, imports, updates work fine, but when it comes to changes Agile does not work properly. here is the description of the issue below:

- Created a new ECO

- Promote the ECO from initiate to submit with no problem.

- When I try to promote the ECO from submit to CCB Review agile gives the error ORA-00904: T_NUMBERS: invalid identifier

this issue does not happen in the production environment which is the source of the data refresh. so I believe that the refresh was not the cause of this problem, another indication that the refresh is not the cause is that we have a second test instance (agile test2) that has displayed the same exact issue few weeks ago. My plan was to refresh test2 to fix the issue because the SR I opened for test2 did not really go anywhere. in the SR, they suggested it is an issue with the Oracle DB and not Agile app issue and
