Moving database from one platform to another platform

Hello Everyone:

I have a question, I have to move the 11gr2 database from LINUX RHEL 5.7 (A) to LINUX RHEL 5.7 (B) on same platforms.  Please verify the following steps and let me know if these steps works or not, if not please orward the correct steps.

1) Shutdown the database on server A

2) Copy oracle home from server A to B

3) Create/mirror all the directories structure of server A to Server B

4) Copy (scp) all datafiles, redo logs, control files from server A to Server B

5) Startup the database on new server B
