Payment process request -error- ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBY_EXTRACTGEN_PVT", line 380

Hi

User is  running a payment process request for zero payment for a bank set to allow zero payments. It is completing in error, with the 1397 payments rejected out of the 3808 submitted. The failure has been set to reject only the failures.Am not sure why it wont process successfully for those items that are not rejected.

Here is part of the error log i get
