Check list to ensure that our RAC setup is prepared for most of disaster scenario

Hi,

We are first time in implementing RAC environment on one of our production database to address performance issue and the setup is almost complete. I would like to ask for some help/advise on a checklist on every possible 'disaster' scenario that could happen on our RAC environment so that we can verify if the setup will still achieve our 0% downtime when those disaster strike.

Example:

(we only have 2 node RAC, server A and

Failure of one database instance = DB still running and accessible

Failure of one disk group = DB still running and accessible

Failure of one server = DB still running and accessible
