Error while booking order

Hi Team,


When an order is being booked found error - Order-level sales credit total () must equal 100%

However, user has cancelled the order but I wanted to check the cause of the error. Can you please advice what to validate or is it only because of missing sales credit details.

As the order is cancelled not able to check the sales credit details.
