How to use XSL Stylesheet (HTML/XML/Text) to pre-process XML in Fusion HCM Cloud

Hello,

We have a requirement to create a complex interface text for 200 byte ADP wage payments in Fusion HCM Cloud. We were directed by Oracle to use XSL style sheet as template (6.6. in the link http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/bi.1111/e22254/create_excel_tmpl.htm#BIPRD2843). The output of the XSL Stylesheet (HTML/XML/Text) will again be a XML. How do we use this XML as a data model to eText template to generate the fixed length format file? Can we use the XML generated from XSL template as input to another report template?
