SDM functionality

Can you use SDM to capture roll forward data or is that type of schedule better served in HFM ?

Can I consolidate/accumulate the data in SDM ?  Using an example from the Supplemental Data Manager Overview.ppt it indicates one use is to document Fixed Asset Disposals,  so if I have 2 base entities (say A1 and A2 reporting to parent A) entering data for Fixed Asset disposals in $$ can I aggregate that in SDM or is that data meant to be pushed back into HFM and aggregated there ?  and just to confirm the push back of data from SDM to HFM does not work, correct ?
