Terminating employee type suppliers
Hello team,
Please help me to resolve this issue with employee type suppliers in US legislation.
As per the Employee Update program (Doc ID 1310331.1), it will end date the suppliers based on Final process date,if it is blank it considers the actual termination date.
As per the Oracle US HR ( Doc ID : 953387.1) by default the Final process date be left blank for US CA and Mexico legislation. The HR users are used to this and not willing to populate this field as it impacts their reporting and payroll processing.
hence all the employee type suppliers are inactive as of actual termination date and all their pending expenses are struck in the system.
