Deactivating Responsibilities

Hi,

We have Migrated from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 Version.

In the legacy 11i Instance all the Users are deactivated except One user who will use the System for reference.

We have created View only responsibilities and attached to this user.

But while end dating the other responsibilities, its getting duplicated with another line.

Example :

Order Management Super User Responsibility - Start Date 01-Sep-2008

If i enter the End date as 1-Sep-2015, the Line getting duplicated with same Order Management Super User Responsibility with end date as 1-Sep-2015, But one more line getting added with open end date as below

Order Management Super User -  01-Sep-2008     01-Sep-2015
