Analyzing RPC's with patch wizard

Hi,

Is it not possible to analyze impact of RPC's using patch wizard?

I normally download patches to stage directory and use analyze specific patches option available on patch wizard to analyze particular patches. I did the same thing for analyzing RPC3 but patch wizard keeps failing.
