PO lines Source document section table location

Hi All,

I'm looking for the table location of the "source document" section in a po line.  I am writing a report on standard PO's and want to remove all releases on Blankets/Contracts and have been told that if there is a document # in this field that the line is a release.  Is there a better field to use in my sql query?  Also I have noticed that there are specific "po_release" tables in the database, but they are completely empty. Is this a configuration error?  Or is that common place?
