AutoVue applet scroll to page very slow with .doc files

Hello,

We have performance related issue with AutoVue applet regarding one of our customer.

Customer users consume a lot of Microsoft Word (.doc) documents and are making reviews and annotations on documents.

Their documents can have a lot of pages, with graphics and images.

Everything is working good but there is a performance problem when the user uses the scroll bar to jump to another page:

When viewing a page, for example page 1, to go to page 20 or 60, it takes more than 20 seconds using the scroll bar (left click with mouse button hold, drag mouse to selected location and raise mouse button)
