adstrtal.sh ends in error with error code 2 on virtual machine How do I start my apps server?

I have installed 12.2.4 template on virtual machine. When try to start the apps server with ./startvisionapps.sh

I get the error as cannot connect to DB or apps password is wrong.

1. I ran autoconfig script and it errored out too.

2. I am not able to start the listener process as lsnrctl start commands gives me error command does not recognized.

Please help me to resolve this issue. I am not a DBA and have limited knowledge of the DBA processes.
