Run the plan for only 1 item

Hi Gurus, I am working on a POC for one of the enhancements in R12.2.4.1.

Is there way in R12 we can run a plan for only one item?  We are using legacy collections , we don't have oracle EBS as source.

We want to collect all the source data(items, boms,routings,resources etc..) through legacy load and run the plan for only 1 item. It' easier for us to validate the results this way.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
