OTL: How do I load hours from Microsoft Project Online Timesheets to OTL?

In addition to having employees enter labor hours in Oracle Time and Labor, my company has started using Microsoft Project Online with Microsoft Office 365 Timesheets for employees. Employees for now are creating two timecards in two different systems. How do I load hours from Microsoft Project Online Timesheets to OTL, so employees are just entering their time once?
