Asset Dep Calculation if its going for repair

Hello,

We have two different scenarios.

1. Client does not want to calculate depreciation after few months then want to start calculate again on remaining life and Cost.

Asset Value is 1,000,000

Per month Dep 8333.33 and Yearly Dep 100,000.

Life 10 Year

Date in Service   01-Jan-2014.

after one year client will not use this asset for two month due to some repair on this asset and after two month then client will use asset and wants to calculate depreciation on remaining and life i mean

Per month Dep  9375. How can i cater this one in system

2. same case but client will use remaining 4 year after two month. Depreciation per period will be same but life will increase by two month. i mean this asset will retire 28-Feb-2014. How can i cater in system.
