adbldxml.pl fails

Hi Everybody

running adbldxml.pl  to create the new context file in the ORACLE_HOME of the DB

fails when attempting to get connection with the DB, not recognize the apps passwd

Could not Connect to the Database : ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

tried at the command line and got the same :

SQL> conn apps

Enter password: 

ERROR:

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

I'm upgrading my instance to the new apps release 12.2 and DB 12.1.0.2, this the second iteration 

and got the same issue running the same process

tried change passwd using FNDCPASS but got this

$ FNDCPASS apps/oldpasswd  O Y system/passwd system applsys newpasswd
