Does the PO Reprice UBE need special setup?

We are trying to use the R45620 to reprice purchase orders. we submit it but it just runs and never ends. is there some setup for this UBE that I am unaware of.

We do not own the Grower module and I see in the code of the UBE a lot of references to this module. Could this be the issue?

I thought we could and should use this UBE to reprice our POs?

Should we be using a different UBE to reprice PO's?

We are 9.1 apps and 9.1.2.4 tools DB2 400
