Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Surcharge on discount modifier.

Business required conditional surcharge on discount modifier.

i.e if discount modifier is - 40%DISCOUNT , then only surcharge 4% need to apply on it automatically.

When i try to give condition in surcharge qualifier - modifier list - I am able to find name of price list and not the modifiers ?

How to fulfill business requirement

please guide
