July 2015 CPU Patch 20953340 Issue

Hello Everyone:

I am trying to install the E-Business 12.1.3 applications JULY CPU patch 20953340 and I am running into the following errors and the patch is aborting.  Please can someone help to resolve this issue and move on installing this patch.

I am working under tight deadlines and I appreciate if you can respond soon.
