CH OUT and CH IN doesn't update .c and .c

Hi,

1_I don't know step to resolve this isse, we notice doesn 't update .c and .h files from develop client and deployment side!

2_and other doubt is on CH OUT when developer client side update the date? and on CH IN deployment server update the date? I means do I need to update teh bsfn/ner?
