EBS 12.1.3 and 12.1.0.2 database

EBS R12.1.1 running on Linux.

Just upgrading my 11.2.03 database ro 12.1.0.2 and applied the April 2015 12c PSU – 20415564.

Now it shows via lsinventory “Database PSU 12.1.0.2.3, Oracle JavaVM Component” so so far so good.

There is a follow up Guide for EBS regarding overlay patches that I want to confirm I’m reading it right.

I then have to refer to item 2. vs item 1 which is for R12.2.

2 Database Patch Set Updates and Overlay Patch Lists for EBS 11i and R12.1

That then lists 3 patches 16707791, 16913149 and 17429137 but when I look at the Release it is always like 12.1.0.1.0 or 12.1.0.1.3 which to me suggests 12cR1 vs 12cR2.  Yes or No?
