Unable to retrieve data transaction

Can someone help with this issue?


15000106 PV shoulld have been deleted from Voucher Match Reversal, therefore it cannot be found in F43121 and F0411..

The F0911 lis also voided but having problem. As you can see the R V column in F0911 are having value of V, but only one of the line is having P for Posted Code. F0011 is also missing,

The PO was then matched with 15000108 PV later.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
