System requirement for Siebel IP 2015

Hi,

We have upgraded the Siebel from 8.1.1.14 to IP 2015 (Patchset3) but the application is not coming up (getting server busy issue) after the full compiled srf is replaced on server.

We are are having Siebel server and web server installed in the same machine with RAM capacity of 4 GB.

Could you please check and let us know the minimum system requirement for the set-up for Windows.
