CheckOutAndOpen not working

edited Oct 2, 2015 10:02AM in Oracle WebCenter Content (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

We have enabled CheckOutAndOpenInNative component on content server. CoreWebdav & DesktopIntegrationSuite are also enabled.

In attachments iFrame in Siebel, when we click on edit button, the document(.docx) opens but after making changes to the file, it does not create a new revision rather it prompts to save the file on local system. Is there any configuration being missed?

Also, when opening a .doc file, it throws an error "Error reading data from the network server error message:424 Unknown"

It used to work fine earlier.

Thanks
