Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. An alert to inform various departments when an employee is terminated ?

Hello,

What is the best way and best logic to set up an alert which will inform, various email ids, when an employee is terminated or resigned.

We want below departments to be informed so that the access can be removed.

a) security

b) Oracle support

c) Finance
