What patch needs to be applied in R12.2.4 to support custom validation in WMS mobile screens?

To meet business requirement, we need to add additional validation logic for some editable fields on MWA mobile pages. We are currently on Release 12.2.4. Could you please provide us with the latest version of patch 12835870 that is compatible with 12.2.4?
Per patch 12835870 details, this patch is compatible with R12.MWA.B for 12.1. We are on code set "C", hence checking to see if there is a patch for code set C.
