Customize GenerateBIPReport method in Siebel

Hi Experts,

I would like to ask one question here,Can we customize the GenerateBIPReport method of XMLP Driver Service business service.

here is the requirement:We have 1000 lines XML data with similar records,instead of GenerateBIPReport uses query and convert 1000 lines ,I want to limit the XML within siebel and pass Siebel/XML Message to GenerateBIPReport method.But i don't see any input for XML message(Only Integration Object name).Please suggest me if you have/had faced this type of situation.
