Ora-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested in oracle receivable in receipt screen

We have applied the datafix and patches and resolved the payment problems and receivables problems. But we are facing a new problem in reciepts creation as below.

1. while saving a receipt, we are getting below message and unable save.

2. And if try to update the existing receipts also getting below error.
