File reference manager not found in Session globals.

Hi,

We are upgrading Siebel version 8.4.1.4 to 8.1.1.14, one of our function using the Optim product for archiving solution, we have built a number of the archive views and using the VBS to connect to Optim, it is working with our current version 8.1.1.4 but after the upgrade to 8.1.1.14 we got the following error, has any one have the same or similar issue? if you do would able to share the solution? or provide suggestion.
