Require clarification on patching for Sustaining Support

HI,

Could you please advise which modules to patch given the client only uses certain modules (AR,AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, Project Billing, Order Management, Purchasing, I Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Inventory and Business Intelligence Suite).
