Mismatch of quantity shipped and qty in mtl_material_transactions leading to wrong onhand

Hi Experts,

We have a scenario where in

SO line qty=300 ; shipped qty =300

But in mtl_material_transactions, issued qty =291  and we can see 9 qty stuck in Reservations as well as mtl_demand

No records in material trx interface too.

In this case, real onhand showing in system is more as the value is wrong in Mtl trx.

Can anyone please suggest how to correct the onhand in this case.
