Don't want the Credit Memo to be generated for Service Contracts from Install Base Transactions

Hi,

I have a requirement where the business doesn't want to raise the Credit Memo for Service Contracts from Install Base Transactions.

Eg: I have a service contract created with multiple instances covered under it. Say the first sub line is having an amount of 12000 $ covered for 1 year. Now in case if I terminate/expire this instance after 6 months, I don't want the system to generate a credit memo for the remaining duration of the contract. Is there any setup to achieve this?

I have used the profile option OKS: Raise Credit Memo for Install Base Transactions, but this is just suppressing the credit amount. But my requirement is I don't want the amount to be reduced from the total amount.
