List of patches for HRMS R12.2.4

Hi All,

We are implementing US HRMS in R12.2.4. I would like to know which patches (list of patch numbers) should be applied to make the instance running.

We have creates BG (Legislation-United States) from Global HRMS and assigned it to US Super HRMS Manager.

But there is no city in LOV while creating an address for an employee in US Super HRMS Manager.
