Attribute Sync for Promotion

Hi,


I am referring to below two support documents and would like to get clarification


Does Bundle Promotion Can have Attribute? (Doc ID 1932756.1)

Product Attributes Not Populating For A Promotion Product Definition (Doc ID 1455149.1)

The above document mentions attributes are supported for promotion from IP 2014.


I am using IP 2014 base version and trying to perform attribute sync for a promotion using Soap UI tool.

I am using the web service "SWIPromotionIntegration" which uses the BS "SWI Promotion Import" for promotion sync. This service is used by AIA for the sync purpose.

With the request to Soap UI (attached request) , I want to populate attribute for the promotion but it ends up in error as follows:
