Receiving Transaction Processor is terminated by signal 11

hello

During receiving and returning transactions  on Oracle Purchasing Receiving Transaction Processor is getting terminated by signal 11

and it is completing with error.

we tried to search for solution on support.oracle.com and there is one solution that is applying patch 5997355

but this patch is suggested for Oracle Inventory Management - Version 11.5.10 to 11.5.10.CU2 [Release 11.5 to 11.5.10] ours is Version 12.1.3....


please help
