PROBLEM TO USE COPY/PASTE (CTR+C/CTRL+V) IN HYPERION FORMS?

We are having trouble using the commands (ctrl+c/ctrl+v) to copy and paste in hyperion forms, I pointed out only one similar report in MOSC but without solution, someone else had this same problem and managed to solve ?


I have not found any patch to fix , I tried java settings and web browser settings , but nothing worked.


By using these commands , the following window appears on the form:

Clipboard help

Paste the contents of the clipboard using CTRL + V or colage browser)



I wish someone propose a solution or recounting his experience.
