JD Edwards multi stop

Hi,

         In JDE 8.10 integration with PC Miler 21,facing a strange problem.For rounding the miles,it works properly with multi-stop shipments.For single stop shipments,the mile rounding doesn't happen.

Is this a bug ?Or is it a problem with business function ?
