Can task cards be created without Enigma?

Reading about Enigma integration, there's mention of auto generation of task cards. These appear as an icon on the work order at the My Work Orders screen. In the examples, these cards seem to be a list of operations. I wonder if there is a way to create task cards without Enigma? thank you.
